By accessing and using Danuema, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

2. Digital Product Licenses

When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a license to use it according to the license type selected at purchase:

Personal License

• For individual use only
• Cannot be used for client projects
• Cannot be resold or redistributed

Commercial License

• Can be used for client work, for a single project or client
• Cannot be resold or redistributed

Extended License

• Unlimited client projects
• Can be used in products for resale, but cannot resell the files themselves

Enterprise License

• All Extended License rights
• Multiple team members can use it, priority support included

3. Bookable Services

Some offerings are bookable services provided directly by an independent business on Danuema, not by Danuema itself. Booking confirmation, cancellation, and rescheduling terms are set by the provider and shown on the offering before you book. Deposits, where required, are paid at booking; any balance is collected according to the payment mode shown on the booking.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share purchased digital products
• Claim ownership of purchased digital products
• Use products or services in a way that violates any laws
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source files
• Remove watermarks, credits, or copyright notices

5. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase or booking, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete payment information
• Pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred
• Pay applicable taxes if required

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

6. Downloads and Access

Upon successful payment for a digital product:

• You will receive access to download your product
• Download limits and access windows are shown on the product page
• You are responsible for backing up your downloads

7. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on what you purchased. Contact us with your order number and reason for the request; approved refunds are processed via Stripe. Refunds will not be granted if you have violated the license terms or if we detect fraudulent activity.

8. Intellectual Property

All digital products sold on Danuema are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The original creators retain all rights to their work. Your license grants you specific usage rights but does not transfer ownership.

9. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Digital products and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive to ensure quality, we do not guarantee that products or services will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

Danuema shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific item in question.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Danuema after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
